Anapty Delta Ltd, a UK limited company, controls the personal data you submit through the contact form on this site.

What we collect

The fields you fill in: name, email, company, role, what you are trying to unlock, optional website or deck URL, and how you heard about us.

Why we collect it

To read your enquiry and reply. We do not profile, advertise to, or sell your data.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.

Retention

Twelve months from your last contact, then deleted from our mailbox and any reply threads.

Processors

Web3Forms delivers the form submission to our mailbox. Cloudflare Turnstile screens for bots before submission. Namecheap forwards mail addressed to hello@anapty.co to a UK mailbox we operate. No other third party receives your data.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Email hello@anapty.co and we will action it within 30 days. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The contact page loads one third-party script, Cloudflare Turnstile, used solely for bot screening.
