We sell software, not stories.
Every word we write is in service of a number on a board slide. If a sentence doesn't move pipeline, it doesn't ship.
Anapty is a senior-led growth practice for technical founders whose product is ahead of their commercial motion. We close that gap with our hands on the wheel.
The name comes from the Greek anaptyssō, to unfold. It describes what we do: product-led growth for technical founders. The software is already there. The story unfolds from it. The buyer follows. Our job is to make that unfolding deliberate, fast, and commercially sharp.
We started Anapty because we kept watching brilliant founders get trapped in one of two failure modes: selling the software to people who couldn’t buy it, or hiding it behind clichés that made it sound like every other SaaS pitch. Someone needed to sit between the engineering team and the boardroom, fluent in both. So we did.
We are not an agency. We are operators who have done the job before, on the inside, with a quarterly number to defend. We will not write a deck we would not pitch. We will not run a motion we would not staff. We say no to engagements where we cannot move a number the founder has already, honestly, tried to move alone.
Every word we write is in service of a number on a board slide. If a sentence doesn't move pipeline, it doesn't ship.
Verbs before adjectives. Evidence before claims. If a sentence could appear on any consultancy's site, we cut it.
The first deck we write is the one a founder pushes back on. Then we write the second one together.
Decks do not close deals. A motion that scales sales without us in the room does. We optimise for the second thing.
We take on a small number of founders at a time. The work is hands-on, not advisory. You'll feel us in the building.
If we can't move your number, we'll say so on the first email and refer you to someone who can.
